Did a masterful job of guiding me through
October 25, 2007 Recently, I was in the market to purchase a home and I started searching for houses on the internet. About a half hour after looking and leaving my contact information with a few realtors, I was contacted by Holly Necoechea, a realtor with the REMAX Achievers office in Chandler.
I described to her what I was looking for and she told me that she knew of a house that was close to what I had described. We went out to the house and looked at it. It was pretty close to what I had described to her. To give me another option, she mentioned that she knew of one other house that possibly could be a better buy for me. Even though it was later in the afternoon, we took the drive out to see it. As soon as I stepped through the door, I knew that this was the house for me. Knowing very little about purchasing a home, Holly stepped up and did a masterful job of guiding me through the ins and outs of purchasing a home. She not only showed me what I had to do, but also explained the reasons for doing things certain ways. I was very impressed with Holly’s knowledge and expertise in selling and buying homes. She turned what could have been frustration and mass confusion, into a very enlightening and pleasant experience. A few snags and problems did arise, but thanks to Holly’s determination and “Get It Done” attitude that she, as a professional realtor possesses, these difficulties were quickly overcome. Because Holly always seems to have an alternative plan to problems that may arise, she quickly turned negative situations into positive ones. I am enjoying my new house now, and I know that this all came about with the help of Holly’s dedication and professionalism during this purchase. If you are a first time home buyer, or have purchased homes before, I would highly recommend Holly as the realtor to help in your purchase. I know without a doubt, that if I purchase another home, Holly will be the only realtor I will use. She is truly in a class all by herself. Thank you Holly. Ron Gates

Everyone wants to get the maximum amount possible when they sell their home, but many homes sit on the market because they are overpriced. One real estate axiom states that "the true monetary value of real estate is what someone is actually willing to pay for it". A professional real estate agent determines the asking price of a property by examining the selling price of comparable homes in the area which have closed.
A seller might occasionally be heard to complain that a sales professional "lowballed" their home for a quick, easy sale. However, real estate agents always work to maximize their seller's profit. They price your home based on a careful calculation of the maximum amount you should be able to get (with a little room to negotiate).
If you are really serious about selling your home, work with your sales professional to make sure that it is priced right.
